Get an AVPU LOC.

No chief complaint, expose the patient

Are there life threats that I see?

Check the airway, is he breathing?

Give him O2, make it high.

Is it working? Check the volume,

Manage injuries when they arise.

Any bleeding? Better fix it.

Get a pulse and skin assess.

Rapid transport, Rapid trauma

Thermal management, what a mess.

Baseline vitals, sample history,

Detailed physical exam.

Head to toe and top to bottom.

Get more vitals and your done.
